DELIVERY AND FEES

For eGift Card Orders

eGift Card orders are not instant and generally take 1-12 hours to be reviewed and approved, although they can sometimes take up to 48 hours to be reviewed. If the order is approved, the eGift Cards are sent via email. There are no delivery or purchase fees for eGift Card orders.

For Visa Gift Card Orders

Visa Gift Card orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Orders are generally approved within 3 business days but this can take longer, and your first order might take up to 2 additional business days to be approved. Once your order is approved and payment is received, we aim to print your cards within 5 business days. All card orders are then shipped via First Class Mail which usually takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive.

The DELIVERY FEE per Visa Gift Card order is CAD $6.95, regardless of the number of cards in the order. There is also a PURCHASE FEE of CAD $6.95 for EACH Visa Gift Card ordered.
