This eGift Card is redeemable for food, beverages and gratuities at any participating Earls restaurant location. The card's dollar value will be applied to the cardholder's purchase. Earls eGift Cards have no service fees and no expiration dates. Earls eGift Cards are not refundable. You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. eGift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused eGift Cards may not be transferred. **PROTECT THIS CARD LIKE CASH.**

In–store redemption
When paying for your purchase, present a printed out copy of the eGift Card or display it on a mobile phone, ensuring the card number and PIN code are clearly visible. The amount you spend will be deducted from the card until the balance reaches zero. Be sure to keep the emailed eGift Card safe until you have used the entire balance of the card.
