This eGift Card is redeemable towards the purchase of admissions, concessions and merchandise at any Cineplex theatre location in Canada, or online at cineplex.com and a href="https://store.cineplex.com/" lang="en" style="cursor: default;font-weight: bold;" target="_blank">store.cineplex.com. Cineplex eGift Cards have no service fees and no expiration dates. Cineplex eGift Cards are not refundable. Cineplex eGift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase any other Gift/eGift Cards. Lost or stolen eGift Cards or balances used without permission will not be replaced. Redeem a Cineplex eGift Card
The Cineplex eGift Card can be redeemed towards the purchase of admissions and concessions at participating theatres across Canada and at the Cineplex and Cineplex Store websites.
In–theatre redemption
When paying for your purchase, present a printed out copy of the eGift Card or display it on a mobile phone, ensuring the card number and PIN code are clearly visible. The amount you spend will be deducted from the card until the balance reaches zero. Be sure to keep the emailed eGift Card safe until you have used the entire balance of the card. Note that eGift Cards cannot be used at self-serve kiosks.
Online redemption
To redeem online, enter the card number and PIN code on the payment page of the Cineplex.com or Store.Cineplex.com checkouts.
