BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. If this is your first order with us, you’ll need to complete the account creation step at the end of the check–out process. You’ll need to include your company’s contact info along with a Business Tax ID Number (GST⁄HST Number) to verify your account. Please contact us if you require further info or assistance.
2. You’ll need to use a desktop or laptop computer, not a mobile device, to use our image uploader.
3. You must have Adobe Flash enabled on your browser to open the image uploader. You may have to visit Adobe Flash to enable or install it. If you are having trouble getting Adobe Flash to work with your browser, please visit Adobe Flash Help for detailed info on installing or enabling Flash for your specific browser.
4. Please note there is a $6.95 CAD Purchase Fee charged PER CARD ordered, plus a single shipping fee charged PER ORDER. Please read the Image Restrictions and Product Details sections shown below before you start.

IMAGE RESTRICTIONS

IncentiveCardStore.ca reviews each image submitted. While we accept most images, the following restrictions apply:

• All submissions must be original, no copyrighted material of third parties.
• Colour and brightness of the printed image may vary from the uploaded content shown on screen.
• No URLs, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers or PIN numbers.
• No images that may interfere with card numbers, security features, or the Visa logo.
• No names or depictions of public figures, public officials, celebrities, actors, cartoons, or computer game figures.
• No images containing nudity, semi–nudity, provocative or sexual content.
• No images containing violent content, including depictions of dead animals.
• No images containing religious, political, or racial content.
• No text or images that show alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, or anti–social behavior.
• No foreign languages.
• No libelous, derogatory, or defamatory content.
• No numbers, text, or images that might induce misunderstanding.
• No content that instigates anti–government behavior or sentiment, nor content that is in violation of any rules, regulations, or laws.
• No text or images that might result in card acceptance confusion by merchants or retailers, including but not limited to the depiction of money or dollar symbols.
• Uploaded images may not contain personal messages, such as “I love you”, etc.
