eGift Cards CANNOT be used for payment of air travel wholly over the services of any other airline, or for the payment of a ticket which is part of a group booking. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable toward the purchase of Air Canada Flight Passes, group travel, Air Canada Cargo products and services, Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership fees, or for the purchase of third-party products or services such as duty–free, Air Canada Bistro (e.g. food and beverages), hotel bookings, car rentals and/or travel insurance.

Redeem an Air Canada eGift
This eGift Card is redeemable online at aircanada.com , or by calling Air Canada Reservations at 1-888-247-2262 (in Canada only), or redeem it with a travel agent if the booking is made at aircanada.com/agents. This eGift can be used for the purchase of airline tickets and additional services offered by Air Canada®, Air Canada Express® and Air Canada Rouge®.
Two payment methods can be used for a single booking. Two eGift Cards may be used as long as the total amount of the purchase is fully covered by the value of both the eGift Cards. When a reservation is already made, only one method of payment will be accepted for purchases related to seat selection or travel options.
It is not possible to use this eGift Card at counters in airports. The eGift Card is not accepted as a method of payment for mobile bookings or self–service check–in done online, via mobile device or at a kiosk.
